With increasing health care costs, Future Generali's Health Suraksha-Family plan provides you and your family complete health protection, unlike an individual health insurance plan which covers each member of the family separately.
18 years - 70 years with a lifetime renewal option.
3 months to 25 years can be covered provided the parent(s) are concurrently insured with Future Generali.

Exclusions of this plan
Conditions such as
Any condition, ailment, injury or related condition(s) that’s been diagnosed, medical treatment undergone or signs and / or symptoms of the same, before the inception of your first policy or until 48 months from inception date.
Any disease contracted within the first 30 days from the start of the policy.
Waiting period of two years for diseases like cataract, hernia and tumour and one year for diseases / surgeries like gallstones, renal stones.
All Expenses Related to AIDS.
Joint Replacement Surgery
It will be covered after a period of three years, unless there is an accident.
Consumption of alcohol or drugs abuse.

What happens next after you have purchased
When you become a Future Generali Health Customer, you will receive a membership pack containing the following:
- Claim Form
You can intimate your claim online or submit the form to your nearest branch or alternatively email us.
- Complaint / Feedback Form
Should you have any complaints/feedback, you can fill in the form and submit it to the nearest branch or email us.
- Grievance Redressal
Procedure along with list of ombudsman addresses. In case you are not satisfied with the resolution to the complaint as provided by us, you may approach the Insurance Ombudsman for review.
You can expect to receive this pack within 12-15 working days of purchasing our health insurance.
