Mr. Akshaya Kashyap comes with an experience of 18+ years across HR domains. With his understanding of people practices over the years in the Group and across the industry, he is responsible for creating a desired culture of trust and transparency by developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company.
He joined Future Generali in November 2013 as DGM HR at Future Generali India Life Insurance, post which he moved in Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited as General Manager in February 2016. Mr. Kashyap has built a career across varied sectors including Auto-ancillary, Insurance, Manufacturing and Retail. Prior to Future Generali, he worked with Coromandel International Ltd., Reliance Life Insurance and National Engineering Industries Ltd.
Mr. Kashyap holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) from Shivaji University and is a Post Graduate Diploma in HR, Marketing and IT from Indian Institute of Planning & Management, Delhi.
