Ajay Panchal is the Chief Risk Officer here at Future Generali India Insurance Co. Ltd and is responsible for our firm's risk management operations. He looks over identifying, reporting, evaluating, managing, and overseeing internal and external risks.
Before joining Future Generali 2008, Ajay was the Sr. Manager in Risk Control at Tata AIG Insurance, a Rs. 14,000 Cr billion division of Tata. During his 20 year stint in risk management before Future Generali, Ajay has worked in a variety of roles such as production officer, safety officer, assistant general manager, assistant vice president, and Sr. Manager. In total, his risk management career spans over 33 years.
For Future Generali, Ajay has conducted a plethora of studies for corporate clients such as United Phosphorus, JSW, Rallis India, Pidilite, Cadbury India, and many more. Moreover, he has also developed a business continuity plan for Future Generali to manage the business during any interruptions efficiently.
Ajay holds a Chemical engineering degree from SBMP and a Diploma in Industrial Safety and Occupational Health. Apart from that, he also has a ton of certifications to his name, including Certified Lead Auditor of ISO 31000, Certified Lead Auditor of ISO 22301, ARPM, AIRM, and Certified HAZOP Leader.
Ajay is a sports enthusiast and especially likes playing carrom and cricket. He is also an avid reader.
