  • Short Landing Certificate/ Landed But Missing Cargo

  • Bill of Entry
  • Steamer Survey report
  • Copy of Claim Notice
  • Lost Overboard Certificate – Issued by the master of the ship for the goods lost by falling in the sea while loading/ unloading (Sling Losses)
  • Duty Refund (application for refund of Duty with Custom’s authority, if applicable) Survey Report
  • Letter of Subrogation cum special power of attorney (if applicable)
  • Banker’s Certificate confirming non-receipt of exports proceeds in India in an approved manner

B. Inland Transit (Rail / Road)

  • Estimate of loss
  • Departmental note regarding the cause and nature of loss along with supporting log books if any
  • Repair bills & receipt
  • F.I.R if necessary. (In case of malicious act; involvement of TPPI, TPPD)
  • Fire Brigade Report( In case of loss due to fire)

A. Machinery Insurance Policy

B. MB Loss of Profit Policy

  • Claim form duly filled in and signed by the insured
  • Books of Accounts
  • Business Trends
  • Production & sales record
  • Details about the savings in standing charges
  • Details of Increased cost of working

C. Boiler & Pressure Plant Explosion

  • Latest Boiler inspector’s report
  • Boiler inspection report on the incident

D. Electronic Equipment Policy

  • As mentioned in the List of Suggested Documents. In addition to this copy of A.M.C, if any, on case to case basis.

E. Storage cum Erection Policy (SCE / EAR)

  • As mentioned in the List of Suggested Documents. Further additional documents may be called for depending on the nature of the claim.

F. Contractors All Risk Policy

  • As mentioned in the List of Suggested Documents. Further additional documents may be called for depending on the nature of the claim.

G. Contractors Plant & Machinery Policy

  • As mentioned in the List of Suggested Documents. Further additional documents may be called for depending on the nature of the claim.
