Claim Process Simplified

Simple steps to help you file a claim under your insurance policy.

Kindly choose the type of process you would like to initiate the claim.

1 Intimate us online or Call us on 1800 220 233
2 Surveyor will inspect the vehicle.
3 Provide requested documents to surveyor
4 Approved claim amount will be communicated to workshop.
5 Payment will be made directly to FG convenient workshop.

Final repair invoice and receipt / Satisfaction voucher for cashless payment

Theft Claims

Original Registration certificate
FIR
Original set of keys
Original Sales invoice & Tax receipt
Intimation to RTO (to inform RTO that the car is stolen and not to transfer)
Transfer papers
Indemnity Bond
Subrogation letter
Final untrace report

Third Party Claims

Claim form duly filled and signed
Copy of the Certificate of Insurance cum Policy Schedule
Copy of Driving License of the driver at the relevant time of accident (with original for verification)
FIR / Police Panchnama
Court Notice / Summons
Copy of Registration Certificate and other vehicular documents (with originals for verification)

2 Surveyor will inspect the vehicle.
3 Provide requested documents to surveyor.
4 Make payment to the workshop directly & submit bills along with payment receipt to surveyor / FG Branch.
5 FG makes payment to insured in 7 working days from date of submission of final documents.
