Once you are logged in, just click on “FG Pocket Clinic” tab

Click on 'Primary Consultation' on the top left corner of the screen.

Fill your details, the purpose of consultation,
symptoms, and required biometric details.

Click on 'Book Appointment' to get your
appointment details in a few second.
After confirming your appointment, make sure you are available for the consultation at the allotted date and time. Depending on your preference, you can either get the consultation via video or audio call.
You can book a consultation 24/7. However, the doctors are only available
between 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
After your consultation, you will receive a digital prescription which you can use to purchase medicines through our e-pharmacy services or from a physical pharmacy.
