Claim Process Simplified

Simple steps to help you file a claim under your insurance policy.

Kindly choose the type of process you would like to initiate the claim.

1 Medical Emergency/Hospitalization
2 Approch the medical service provider abroad and show FG Travel Insurance Policy to avail the cashless treatment
3 Inform "Europ Assistance" to intimate the claim
4 Europ Assistance places the guarantee letter with provider (As per policy coverage)
5 Europ Assistance settles bills directly with provider

Delay of Checked in Baggage

Doctor’s statement indicating the cause of illness and necessity of medical evacuation / transportation to the Republic of India.
All original bills / receipt towards expenses incurred during medical evacuation / transportation.

Compassionate Visit

Policy / Certificate Copy
Certificate from treating doctor stating the reason for such assistance.
Copy of Air Tickets
Original Bills / Invoices towards expenses incurred.

1 Other claim Baggage Delay Baggage Lost, Trip cancellation etc.
2 Inform "Europ Assistance" to intimate the claim
3 Submit the required documents to Europ Assistnace on your arrival to India
4 Europ Assistance validate the claim as per the policy coverage
5 Europ Assistnace makes the payment to insured
