Employees of Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited (FGII) today visited ‘Shreevatsa’ – a special child care centre run by Society of Friends of Sassoon Hospitals (SOFOSH), Pune. FGII is the general insurance arm of the joint venture between retail game changers Future Group and global insurer Generali.
SOFOSH provides shelter, care, educational and medical aid to family deprived children.
Under the aegis of FGII’s CSR intiative SNEH, a clay modelling session and a few games were organised to engage with the children. The children participated in the activities with a lot of enthusiasm and vigour.
Commenting on the initiative, K. G. Krishnamoorthy Rao, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited said, “At FGII, volunteer service is one of the many ways we shows our commitment to the communities where our customers and associates live and work. Our employees too share the view that our success as a company is interrelated to the progress we faciliate in the community."
