Mumbai, May 22, 2012: Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited, the General Insurance company of the Future Generali JV, has been finalized to insure the concert of Oscar winning music maestro, A. R. Rahman, who along with his troupe is set to rock Mumbaikars to his tunes at D. Y. Patil stadium, at Navi Mumbai on May 26, 2012.
Future Generali has provided Event Insurance Policy, covering the event against the various contingencies beyond the control of organizers including fire and allied perils, personal accident cover for crew and public liability cover.

We are one of the few insurers, who have been insuring such entertainment events and see it as a growing area of business opportunity. We look forward to partnering with many more such events. Future Generali has recently insured Kaun Banega Crorepati (the popular TV quiz show), Lalbaugcha Raja during Ganeshotsav in Mumbai and also various block-buster movies like Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.”
The liability of Future Group and the Generali Group is limited to the extent of their shareholding in the Company. Insurance is the subject matter of Solicitation.
